Tim entered the finance business approximately 15 years ago working in the corporate and business banking area of one of the big 4 Australian banks. Because of a keen interest in the key success factors of SME business (his clients), Tim quickly rose up the ranks and spent a majority of his time in the bank as a Senior Business Banking Manager looking after some of the larger South Australian trading businesses. Tim is a firm believer in SMEs being the backbone of not only the Australian but the South Australian economy. Outside of his family nothing brings a bigger smile to his face than witnessing his clients grow and achieve astonishing outcomes on a local, national and global scale.

Tim has a passion for financial education and will often publish articles and video blogs on related topics that are archived on the HT Capital website. As part of this passion, Tim volunteers as a Financial Counsellor for St Vincent de Paul to do his best to assist those in need.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics from the University of Adelaide along with a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

Michael joined the finance industry in 2015 and has quickly become renowned as one of the best residential finance brokers in the industry. This has been built on a passion for residential property investment and development. Michael decided a change of career was in order during the process of building a sizable residential investment portfolio whilst working for an ASX listed mining company as a qualified Chemical Engineer and Project Manager. Given this experience, Michael brings a unique problem solving and strategic skillset that is often found lacking in a highly regulated and dynamic industry such as consumer finance. This is evidenced by his multiple PLAN Australia, MFAA and Buyer’s Choice awards.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Adelaide along with a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. He is also currently studying a Master of FinTech degree.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys fishing, four-wheel-driving, a round of golf and spending time with his family.

Nick has worked in commercial, corporate, and property banking for the past 15 years across both Commonwealth Bank and, more recently, ANZ Bank. Previously regarded as the ‘go to’ banker for some of the best commercial finance brokers in South Australia, Nick is a welcomed addition to our team, and brings with him a wealth of experience in not only complex trading business finance, but also commercial property investment and development funding.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Adelaide along with a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

Neville, a Market Treasury Consultant, has been in the finance industry for over 40 years. Part of the HT Capital family since its inception, Neville is a specialist in risk management.

While protecting clients in respect to interest rates and foreign exchange strategies, the favourite part of his job is meeting new people, both clients and other industry specialists, and trying to find out what makes them tick!

Away from work, you might find Neville on his tractor, tending to his farm.

Tom heads up the residential team here at HT Capital. Since joining the business in 2019, Tom has shown a passion for problem-solving, with his favourite part of the job being creating strategies and solutions with some of our most complex clients.

Tom holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

Thomas is a Credit Representative (Credit Representative Number 507444) of BLSSA Pty Ltd (Australian Credit Licence No. 391237).

Outside of work, Tom loves to support his local community, especially the local cricket and footy clubs.

Taylor is a Client Services Administrator here at HT Capital. She has over 4 years of experience working within the finance/banking industry, spending 3 of those years in various banking roles. In early 2021 she moved into a finance administration role where she has developed a strong focus for working with clients and building relationships. A true professional who provides the best possible service to all HT Capital clients.

Outside of work you will find Taylor spending time with her loved ones, whether that be out camping, hiking or simply enjoying the company!

Neil handles commercial and equipment finance here at HT Capital, financing commercial properties, offices, vehicles and equipment.

He might joke that he has been working in the industry since the Boer war, starting in banking in 1974 and with a brokering career spanning over 24 years. Neil has a passion for people! His favourite part of the job is connecting with our clients and getting to know new people.

Outside of work, Neil enjoys sports, with a particular love of AFL and golf, and loves spending his spare time hanging with the grandkids.

Niño is a Senior Finance Associate here at HT Capital. With a background in finance and accounting, Niño has been assisting SMEs execute their funding strategies focusing on working capital.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and started his professional career working for a global mid-tier accountant firm. The last 12 years he has worked for some of the largest global working capital providers and most recently a Big 4 Bank as a Small Business Banker.

Niño is client focused and passionate about helping businesses succeed.

Outside of work when he’s not supporting his daughter’s sporting endeavors, you’ll find him enjoying a nice wine and some food with family and friends.
