Our History.
2014
Seeing a gap in the market for individuals with complex portfolios, Michael Tait leaves his previous career to start Loantime Finance, supporting investors with multiple properties and specialising in complex structures.
2018
After a 15-year career in Corporate Banking, Professional Services Banking and assisting Trading Businesses, Tim Hudson is ready for a new challenge. He purchases half of Loantime Finance and together, Tim and Mike form HT Capital.
2020
Full of confidence and DIY spirit, Tim and Mike decide to renovate our office themselves. After late nights, mishaps, and questionable design choices, they vow: never again.
2022
Learning from past mistakes, we invest in professionals to fit out a sleek and modern new office, creating a space that reflects our growing reputation and ambition.
2023
Nick Josipovic, inspired by HT Capital’s client-first approach, leaves a 15-year banking career to join our team as a Director, bringing expertise and a shared passion for personalised service.
